On this device
Your roster, Levels, Stars, Habit ranks, presets, constraints, battle reports, counters and Core Planner settings are stored in this browser. Safari Private Browsing or clearing site data can remove them.
Optional account backup
If you sign in and start cloud backup, Emberforge stores your ChatGPT account identifier and email alongside one compact copy of the Emberforge data listed above, plus a revision number and update time. Your password is never sent to Emberforge.
Screenshots
Roster screenshots are processed on-device for text recognition and are not included in cloud backup.
Feedback
If you send feedback, Emberforge stores your message, its category, the time, an optional reply email and—only when you leave the checkbox on—the current page, data version and browser type. If you are signed in, your ChatGPT account identifier is stored with the report, and your account email is used as the reply address when you leave that field blank. Feedback never includes your roster or screenshots. Quote the reference shown after sending if you later want a report deleted.
Your control
You can export your roster at any time. Open Account to delete the cloud backup without deleting the copy on your device, or sign out while continuing to use Emberforge anonymously.
Support links
If a support link is enabled, the payment or membership provider handles that visit under its own privacy terms. Emberforge does not store card details.
